Zapier: Connect Airtable to Docsgenflow

Generate document using Docsgenflow when a new record is added in Airtable via Zapier

  1. Log in to zapier.com
  2. Click on Create Zap
  3. Click the Trigger button then search in the popup for Airtable and select.
  4. Select Zapier Account
  5. Select the New Record to generate docs when a new record is added.
  6. Select the Base and Table name in the trigger section

Zapier Value Select

  1. Select any record to test and continue with the value
  2. Select Docsgenflow in the popup
  3. Choose Create Document in the event popup.
  4. If you haven’t connected docsgenflow account, create a API key here and connect
  5. Use the API key to connect the docsgenflow account
  6. Select Template and choose the field values Selecting template and configuring field values in Docsgenflow via Zapier
